While the level matching up is interesting, currently this is just a reward from Eihnjar(sp).
Other jobs get other things from that as well, so as of yet there is nothing matching up that would imply anything outside of this just being a new item. Supposedly it gives +4 dex and +60 automaton hp as a hidden effect as well.

Hmmm, that since our h2h skill is still the same we get this animator instead of a quested ws? >.>
