These seem to give the effect of regen as well... Might be wrong though.

It seems that pet food that gives 100+ HP also gives Regen so I say its safe to say that it does.

See im a fisherman myself so after insect paste i took fish broth till 33 and picked this up till 39.
If your a fisherman it will work well if you fish bastor stadiens and make fish broth for the early 30's and then pick this stuff up
i hardly broke with advanced support, cause i was only 6 under the cap ^^

Land crab meat: 3800 /stack (AH)
Distilled Water: 144 /stack (NPC)
Bird Egg: 672 /stack (NPC)
Rye Flour: 432 /stack (cooking guild/NPC)
total: 5748 to make 6 stacks with no failures.
Sell to NPC for 1176 /stack - total: 7056
~1300 profit
I broke a lot at first, but the losses evened out with the profit from selling to NPC (lvl 6 fame in windy for price reference)

this item recovers 150 HP when used with the reward command.

yes, the level for this recipe is definately wrong, as is pet food epsilon

Level 30 has to be wrong because at cooking skill level 29 I had difficulty making this and when I did was getting cooking skill increases of .3, and even got some 0.3 increases past level 30.

I believe the skill is around 35-36. Probably same as meat mithkabob.

There are either multiple recipes or the yield is incorrect. I saw someone making 6 at a time.

u mut be cookin lvl 30 to make cant make if low lvl u probally need more lvl

I tried lightening crystal, lizard egg, distilled water, and rye flour, but it still doesn't work? what do i do?

this recipe doesn't work! at least, when i tried it said this combination of materials can't be synthed. anyone else get it to work?
