A lot of the songs for Brds are like the cures for whms. you dont get the full effects until a few lvls and skill lvls after its been learned. Gain a few more lvls and work on your skill then you will see a bigger difference

i recently got level 43... was all excited to get my brand new Valor Minuet III ... i then try it.. and what do i notice??
Valor Minuet II raise attack for 1 more attack when i sing with cronette+1 and either equiped wuith my monster signa or my paperknife/elegantshield....

When i first got II i tried to see the difference between I and II. To my surprise II was one less that I. I did the same thing just now as a 42 BRD and II is almost double the bonnus of I now. so it has something to do with skill is my guess.
