Appears the windurst connection no longer carries this spell. :/

As of 12.04.04, on Leviathan Windurst is in first place and Poison II is not being sold here. I have level 7 fame in Windurst. No dice.
Confirmed. Windurst does not sell Poison II even when in first place.
It's only sold to windurst citizens, when windurst is in 1st place.
Devigae is correct, Windy has to be in first.
I believe Windy has Poison II during first place. So the information looks to be accurate. ^^
I'm lvl 45blm now, and I have yet to buy this spell. However, since I pretty much NEVER used the first poison spell, then whats the point of using this?

this is a rdm spell, too.
DRK can use this also at lvl 46.
