I dont know why, but every time I look at these, I imagine a mnk holding two pineapples and smacking the mob with them. Useless, in any case, turn them into tropical punches, its a flimsy excuse to lvl up a craft.
tropical punches would be better for skill up parties, and since these and tropical punches are mnk only, and you should be using h2h if ur mnk anyways (which means it should be capped)
Ok, let me clarify... These are Fruit punches, NOT tropical punches.
Fruit punches have + 0 damage. This means that they do the same amount of damage to a MOB as if you were attacking it bare-handed.
Fruit punches have + 40 delay. This does NOT mean the delay is 40, it means that your base delay has 40 added to it. As for what your base delay is, there are a few posts reguarding that in the monk forum.
Fruit punches have + 3 acc. this... well, that's pretty self explanitory
TROPICAL punches, on the other hand, have +1 damage, +0 delay, and +10 acc. Having used THESE punches from 10-23, I can tell you that this means that you hit for slightly more damage than bare knuckles, just as fast, and land those hits WAY more often.
That is the difference between tropical and fruit punches. That's why tropical's sell for 9-11k and fruits.... don't.

Unlike every other weapon in the game (I think), you can see a "+" in front of the weapon's speed and damage, meaning those are added to the basic fist dmg a monk would do
I've no idea what is the exact dmg, but those knuckle add 0 bonus dmg, and give you a additional delay of 40 added to the unarmed delay.

(Except for the other 'punches weapon.) So you guys (and gals) have a choice: faster hitting, but lower damage OR more damage and slow hitting. It's up to you. :) The better version of this has +10 accuracy which can really be helpful in later levels.
I haven't used these before so I'd just call this an educated guess. Nothing that's level 1 equippable and droppable is going to be spectacular. This weapon essentially slows down your attack slightly (versus fighting open handed) but makes you more accurate (i.e. less misses). It would be worth using during the early levels especially when your combat skills are low, but I would imagine you might want to opt for a weapon that provides some additional damage around 7-11 at the latest.
