good item i still use at 40 sam because i cant justify the cost of leaping or winged plus they can be crafted at a relatively low lvl

Does anyone by any chance know the skill cap of the level 25 upgraded Windurst CP gear? I really want to make this stuff for when I start to level melee jobs (sam/nin/mnk) and want to know when I finally can/ can hope to HQ it. Thanks ^^ I'm thinking it might be 22 like the Hachimaki that is listed as having a 22 cap. I hope it is at least. Any input would be great ^^
