Considering using these during my sky ls God fights. I am 5 skill points away from capping shield, and if this sucker gives any decent amount of AGI (7 is nice), then it has served it's 10k purpose.
OK i used one today it gives +7 agi for about 5 min (didn't really time it) but you get medicated status for bout 20 min
The world may never know because nobody ever makes them, and nobody ever uses them. Few people are willing to burn 30k a pop and making them yourself doesn't save you money because the recipe uses dried mugwort, ouch.
