I know that it is just like the Maul (looks and lvl), but its for all jobs...why would you want an attack of 5 at lvl 31 though!? Also, could you just tell me the point of this maul...

the quest is "Guest of Hauteur" in Bastok, you need to equip a maul and meet an NPC. You have to be a WHM to use the other mauls, so ppl of other classes use this one.
Oh cool, I gotta go finish that quest now. I was thinking this club was used for leveling Club skill or something...
