Yes, the coffer key does drop off the demon's pet elementals here. I know I have just gotten it 5 mins ago from one. :)

hmmm, it seems unlikely so I would like some verification, but do the pet elementals really drop coffer keys and not chest keys?

this coffer key is also necessary for the Paladin's AF3.
