From what I can see, these are best for farming. While not really too shabby for pting, massive amounts of gil can be made farming with these. MNK is a decent farming job at any level, once you eliminate your delay as best you can while maintaining some kind of dmg mod you are in business.

this is nice but its not as godly as people think, yes it is +0 delay but you have a h2h delay with or with out a weapon I think about lvl 67 your base delay is like 360ish or something like that so its "360ish"+0 for only 7 damage the +str and +dex and +acc are nice but, if you really think about it these are not that great....but use what ya want its your character if you like these go for it^^

Haste gear + Haste spell + Cesti + hundred fists = insane amount of damage.
Haste gear+ This = Out of this world speed
