Since this is a level 24 synth, I figured that I'd give some insight on how to obtain the ingredients for those who don't like to buy every product.
Sulfer
- when Bastok is in 1st, there's a NPC in the Metal works that sells this for about 500/ea.
- alternatively, head to Dangruf Wadi and kill Giant Grubs (worms). They drop sulfer in about a 1:3 ratio and flint stones 100%.
Merc.
- Buy or farm lightning crystals and head to Bibiki Bay. The fishing guild shop sells Jelly fish extremely cheap there and supplies about 8-10 stacks per shop day.

Mercury also drops off of Pot type mobs.

yes it caps at 24, i maded them and no skill up from then, im making blind potions to 27 righ now

Ok so I got this from the Alchemy guild when my skill level was 23. It went up to 24, since then I've made 12 synthesis without it going up. I believe it caps at 24.
