Underratted, effect dmg fires off quite often and with Kilo Fan, it does 45-50 extra dmg.
I Tried it with mega fan too but unable to see big differece though. Good Katana for its lvl though. Since the HP drain one is pretty crappy, and your gonna fight bats around 55 which is weak to wind and immune to drain.
