I love running around like a little girl they are so cute and fun. If youn want to have fun and a good laugh just gobble one of these down. Btw they dont work if outside.

You gotta love it when peeps just randomly start hating stuff for no reason other than to hate.
Anyway, not sure if you get a cake for every female, but you DO get 3 of each in a "perfect" party of 5 males and 5 females. I think a male has to lead, not 100% sure on that, but if you want a ton of these faster make a 5 male and 5 female party.

There are no Galka cakes because there are no female Galka. Correct me if I'm wrong but you get cake for every female that is in your party of 10.
example: 2 taru female, 1 mithra, rest male
you will get 2 taru cake and 1 mithra.
example: 2 taru female, 1 mithra, rest male
you will get 2 taru cake and 1 mithra.

There seems to be a little more to it than just that. When I was alone, I would get one random rice cake. When grouped with a friend of mine (a male Hume), we would both get two of each rice cake. I'm not really sure what the deciding factor is on this particular event.

sell for 1,ooo gil each on the day i got them at Selbina. made 28,ooo gil. Prob will sell higher in a month or two so stocking up, if i have room. . .

I just got these by joining an alliance of 10 people and talking to the Moogle. I am from Bastok, so the Moogle was beside the fountain in Bastok Markets, just like during the Halloween festival.
Basically, you join a party of 5 people then another party of 5 allies with you, and then the Moogle will give you the cakes. Make sure you have 4 slots open in your inventory, or he won't give them to you.
He gives you 3 of each type of cake: Hume, Taru, Mithra, and Elvian. Each Vanadiel day (approx 48 min) you can ask the Moogle again. I stayed there for about 15 minutes waiting for iceday to turn into lightningsday, and I got another 3 of each cake. So now I have 6 of each.
Not sure if you can put these on the AH, aand you definitly can't sell it to the vendors, but you can put them in your bazaar.

You stand near a moogle and get a rice cake for being in a group a sec.. Not everything has to be uber fluff is fun sometimes..
