If you need the MP way more than you need VIT (from Bibiki Shell: VIT+4) then this is a great item. Just imagine this:
PLD AutoRefresh Trait + This Ring + Refresh + Ballad II + Ballad = 8 mp per tick
I'm pretty sure they all stack, not positive though. I'd say about 90%.

Don't know if anyone else has found this out. This does stack with RDM refresh. I thought to try it out because I only had a few charges left. I have to say I got back mp so fast it was great. I have since started to use it regularly (well need to go get another one, have burned thru 2 so far) while xp'ing. If I find myself a little short mid chain on mp I slap it on and get back to where I need to be. I haven't tested if it stacks with anything else (ballad, juice) but if it stacks with bard and Rdm O.O I would be in heaven. Just a warning if you use it and un-equip it you automaticly lose the refresh effect.

This gives you 3 MP/tick for 1 minute (60MP total). With a 30 minute recast, it's practicaly useless. Sure, it's good for soloing, if you need a little extra MP, but I haven't seen a single instance where it's been the difference between life and death and i've used 4 of them so far. I use it mostly for farming since I can go 30 mins without using 60 MP.
This stuff is awesome. 3 mp per tick for 3 minutes. But it does have a recast timer of 30 minutes, unfortunately. So its really for extreme situations, and you can't spam it or anything.
When I get mine I'll be using it for the uncapped CoP stuff, and other extreme scenarios.

This item sucks, you may as well use it to throw at a mob, stick with yag drink.
I dont think the guy that thinks this is a good item listed everything about this. First off you will spend 10k at least unless you are very lucky just to win the dice game, 2k to get tele to the ENM and 3.6-4k for 2 yag drinks. If you are pld you are looking at 16k at the LEAST to get 2k xp and this crap item, oh yeah you can also get Worm Mulch, wow SE you really know how to reward people. I have seen people have to spend 70k just to win the dice game, not sure about you but I can get 2k xp in like 15 mins for nothing.

Blm in my party for the mithra ENM spent 90k last week. We beat the ENM and didn't get a RSE earring or ANY drop for that matter. Seriously this set of ENMs are just a scam to take money out of the system. Unless you've bought everything you'll ever need..don't waste your time and your money.

Money disappearing from the economy is a good thing. There's too much floating around on most servers now, and that's causing massive inflation.

What is this good for? Just the Maat fight? There are other things for this, or maybe it stacks with juices.
Did anybody else realize that at the effort it's going to take to get this, you might as well being some Yugado drinks? If inventory's a problem then I bet you it's cheaper and quciker to just level cooking so you can make Yugado's on the spot without using more than a few slots.

Dunno how it is for PLD, but the ENM is pretty easy for WHM. I do it once every 5 days. 0/3 on the drop so far, but I did get Worm Mulch once. ;p 2000xp for a solo fight is nothing to complain about though. :)

When you are ready to battle Maat for your last Genkai, you somehow obtain Divine sap, and get a maxed level cook to turn it into cursed beverage which you then take, along with an abjuration, to a priest in the sandorian cathedral to have it made into Amrita, 5 mp and 5 hp every 3 seconds for a total of 500 mp and 500 mp, I think it lasts for 10 minutes if that helps. My suggestion is that if you have tried a few times but need this after losing many times, THEN it might be worth the 1 million+ price tag. I hope this information helps you as most people have never heard of this drink. It is an "ex" item.

Um... u do know that its rare/ex right? And that only PLDs can use it, that's what I'm reading from the picture ;)

I can only assume there's an earing for every job that can solo this. My static is nearly 60, i'll post what the results are for all of us (pld/rng/whm/blm/rdm/sam). I know some of those have been discovered already btu w/e.
