does anyone actually know what the latent effect is on this? the dagger has increased crit damage and the polearm is 12 str.

It seems that only the Polearm has a Latent~
The increased critical hit damage on X's Knife is not a latent.
This is the weapon from shikkaree Y I presume... Dammit! im still on promyvion vahzl T-T
Stats are rubbish, same model as Death Scythe too?

Thats why that headband ups your mental stats. Not because of some other game, but because both developers found another word for smart and made it work.

It's not a reference to Ys. It's call Y's scythe because it belongs to shikaree Y, one of three mithra in the CoP storyline. Supposedly you can get it(Along with X's knife and Z's trident) after you beat CoP in a rematch fight against them.
Erudites isn't nessasarily a everquest reference either, it's a actual word. Not a word anyone USES mind you, but probably something SE came up with using a thesaurus.
