Talk to Regine (A); she gives you 3 hatchets and requests you log 3 Plateau Chestnut from the trees in Abyssea - La Theine.
Logging Points exist around Puks, between Conflux #01 and Conflux #02, and West/South of Conflux #07.
Turn in the Chestnuts to Rugiette (A) located at the (H-7) central encampment.
