In-Game TextDescriptionBelgidiveau thinks the watergate may have been poisoned and asks you to get a counteragent for it. Head to Bostaunieux, find the prison, and talk to Novalmauge to ask him to make the counteragent. He needs you to get a Dahlia first. These drop off Gobbuue's in Rolanberry and Pashow. Has anyone got a cutscene in this place involving Jurgenclaus and Chumia talking about some people named Cyranuce and Rahal. Does anyone know what quest it comes from?

I'm guessing around 6 or 7, as I got it just recently.
Nevermind I figured it out I just don't pay attention to things at all.
I did the quest "The Rumor", but I still can not activate this quest. I am assuming you need a certain amount of fame. If anyone knows anything on this please let me know.
I assume this quest isn't repeatable....? D:

The beast man blood quest they are reffering to is "The Rumor" quest for which you get drain for.

FYI: Dahlia is found on AH under alchemy. It is a flower.

I have been trying to trigger the Trouble at the slough quest but understand that you need to do the beast blood quest first. Can you tell me where to find that quest it is not listed as one of the quests on the site.

Novalmauge is in the prison. Go straight, take first right and there he is.

I dont know if this quest has different names but mine was called
"Trouble at the Sluice"
Description: It seems poison was thrown into the water near the sluice gates. Find an antidote before someone falls ill.

The reward for this quest can be sold to a merchant for 5000+ gold. If you are putting it up in auction house for less, you are losing money. This is probably one of the easiest quests there is.

The correct name for the item asked by Novalmage is Dahlia
In order to trigger this quest, you must complete the Beast Blood quest.
