SummaryThe Brugaire Consortium wants you to smuggle a package onto the airship and take it to the Tenshodo in Jeuno. WalkthroughYou must be rank 5 or purchased an Airship Pass in order to receive this quest. You must already be a member of the Tenshodo to recieve this quest. Tenshodo fame might be required for this quest also, so keep that in mind; Portaure in Cargo Room B of Port San D'Oria wants you to smuggle some goods to Jeuno. After accepting his request, you receive a key item, "Brugaire Goods". You must take the Airship from San d'Oria to Jeuno with this quest. Warp I or riding on a Chocobo will damage the goods and you will be sent back. Board the Airship to Jeuno and once you arrive, you will have to pass through customs.

This does not work. You must actually ride the airship. If you ghetto warp, chocobo, teleport and ride in a different airship, whatever, then go talk to the Tenshodo people, you're told the goods are ruined. The only way to complete this is to go through customs at the San d'Oria Airhsip Dock in Port Jeuno.
Caveat - You may be able to ghetto warp, buy a ticket to San d'Oria, then walk back out through customs, in which case you're still paying for a ticket and you're still risking getting caught in customs.

i have level 7 fame in sandy and lvl 2 fame in norg, you tellin me that norg fame is involved? i dont think so

Does anyone know how many times you have to do this quest to be able to do the Ninjitsu quests in norg. I have done the invite quest am rank 5 but i want to konw if i have to do this 20, 30, 40 times or what? Thanks

I thought the same thing but it says you cannot get the quest again until you get your pass back so... sounds like you are out of luck in that case (in terms of running the quest anymore).

I've done this quest many times, and got caught a few times.
Does anyone know if getting caught will lower your fame anywhere?
There are quests like the Castle floor plans that will lower your fame.

If you get caught, your license doesn't always get revoked for 24 hours, it gets suspended until the next Japanese day~ (11am Eastern) So preferably, I would do this quest around 10am, and if I so happen to get caught, all I need to do is wait 1 hour and I can go on the airship again ^^
(during license suspension, you cannot go to any kingdom from Jueno, but you can go to Jueno from any other kingdom)

I don't think this quest depends on tenshodo fame as much as sandoria fame. I have very high fame in Norg, enough that I was able to do the Utsusemi:Ichi quest several weeks ago, but I cannot get this quest. I am still working on Sandorian quests, and don't have to many complete yet.

I think it might actually be a combination of both.
I have about 60+ quests done in sandoria but almost none in norg/tenshodo, and I still can't get this quest :(

When you get your airpass revoke, it is not revoke for 24 real-life hours, it is a lot less than that. I can use the airship from Jueno to any other city after 10 real life hours. So it should be 10 hours or less. Also, once you get caught, you can't repeat the mission again until you get your airship licence back.

They're level one because they switched their job to something else they haven't used.
The airship pass is a key item and cannot be sold/traded/given/thrown out.
So you must be rank5 or pay the 500,000 to get it.
They probably have their homepoint in Sandoria so that when they get to jeuno they can just suicide and not lose any exp, then warp back and repeat the quest.

what is tenshodo fame?
basically consider it Norg fame. It is seperate from Windurst, Bastok, San d'Oria, Jeuno and Selbina Fame. Tenshodo fame is used for getting NIN scrolls and Leviathan, so don't disregaurd this one if you want to be either one of those jobs, or want to make serious money.

I was able to get the quest with no norg fame, so you can get the quest as long as you have the airship pass and are a tenshodo member.

So my best bet is to be a black mage with warp. Set homepoint in San, keep repeating the quest, and after every time I get to san, either I get caught or not, complete quest, warp to San, rinse repeat? If I get caught, oh well. So long as I can enter into jeuno theres no problem... am I understanding this correctly?

Yes but he means AFTER the good are not in the inventory ^^ I don't see why this wouldn't work.
This won't work since when your airship pass is revoked (when you get caught), he doesn't give you the key items. He says something along the lines of "I'll just wait till you get your airship pass back."
