there is an item form the Goblin game that lets you unattune 1 item.
you buy a 100sc ticket from the market and it gives you a random item form the list for doing some stupid game. if you lose the game you get the ticket back and can try again.
There is like 15-20 different items on the list, most of them are form the marketplace like mount/ appearance armor packages etc.
ALSO
there was always an item from LoN that had this ability.
Downtime - August 30, 2012
All servers will come down at 7am PDT on Thursday, August 30, 2012. The expected downtime is one hour. Here are the patch notes:
GENERAL
- When you unattune an item with no-trade adornments those no-trade adornments are now destroyed.
- Chests should no longer spawn in midair.
POPULATION / ZONE PROGRESSION
Skyshrine Contested
Creatures involved with the Kildrukaun the Ancient battle in Skyshrine Contested should no longer cause the encounter to reset as quickly when pulled away from their spawn point.
Qeynos Capitol District
Added a collector to Qeynos Capitol District. Seek out Flitia Veel in Maile's Exchange for all your collection needs!
ITEMS
- The Opalescent Prowler plushie will now allow itself to be converted for use outdoors.
- Skyshrine: The City of Drakur - Kildrukaun the Ancient's cloak drops are now the appropriate quality.
- Havoc Marks are now Heirloom instead of No Trade.
QUESTS
You should no longer be gated if you leave during the final scene of the Qeynos ratonga racial quest "In Our Own Way".
