Since the change over a few years back for third-party payment options to be utilized for the subscription fee of Final Fantasy XI, one of the original, though somewhat dubious, options was credit card payments through ClickandBuy. For unspecified reasons, Square Enix has announced today that on July 31st, 2013, it will be discontinuing the ClickandBuy payment option.

Individuals using this method have until the 31st to make preparations to change to another of the available payment options prior to the discontinuation.
