It has come to our attention that a technical issue has prevented some players from taking advantage of the "Return Home to Vana'diel" campaign. This issue prevented certain players from reactivating their accounts despite being eligible for the campaign. This issue has now been resolved, so we ask those players who were having difficulty to please try again. Thank you for your patience. Anyone know what the actual issue was?

I couldn't do Home pt. 1 because my account was suspended after I quit, not terminated in the normal way. I'm wondering if the "issue" that was fixed had anything to do with that.

im quitin ff11 startin to **** me off almost a month still cant get update. If anyone has the same prob go out and buy guild wars its an awsome game. No monthly fees updates rwell put and organized

I would have to disagree with FFXI not being put together well. Id rather have to go through installing updates every now and then if it means new things to try and areas to explore.

BTW: Ive seen much worse *cough*Phantasy Star Online* cough*... in that game every single person has hacked items that can make ure character as strong as a normal character 70 lvls higher than u. bah~ stupid people did not take care of the game

There is a special section at POL where you can retrieve deleted charachters, but I don't know where it is.
