All the HNM were up about 12-3am my time, EST which means all week the windows would benefit NA for 1st time in a week or 2, conveniant that it goes right back on JP playtime for the next cupl weeks, which by then im sure expansion/event maintenance will push it back, again.... Hope i am not only 1 who sees this as a trend of SE, even jp have to agree, all the maint. are always started around this time... Lets get a little fairness, what do ya say SE?!

One day off every two weeks and they do updates and fixes. Ahh well, I'll just play at night, I can sleep when I'm dead.

You know it does wonder when a maintence happens why it conflicts with some of the players schedule for RL work hehe. Never happens fo rme but when I do play FFXI I usally play alot of hours in game hehe.

Well guys/ladies, calmo down. Remember that last update they told us the same and got only a 2 hour maintenance as planned. I just think the NA translater that should change the server message is slacking and using the same message of the last 3 maintenance without correcting them.

Though the changes w/ this maintaince will be alittle painful (I actually have not seen anyone actually pt in the Mov zones, but oh well), stuff like this hopefully proves to people that SE is serious about fighting ingame fraud and gilselling.

If my understanding is correct, this is the temporary fix to disable the steal ability in the Mov zones. Due to the fact that players can steal Gold Beastcoins off the mobs out there, people were using a third party tool to reset their steal timer, so they could repeated steal from a mob until they got the mob's coin.

Sorry, sounds like it is the perm. Fix:) /cheer!

No.

It seems like every time there is any type of note about maintenance, servers down, connection problems, etc. there are hundreds of posts saying that exact same thing.

No, they do not schedule server maintenance on YOUR day off.
