| ahhh, crap, i just bought one of the damn things hopin it would improve my hit ratio with great katana, guess its goin back up on ah, now, my question is, i have 2 dodge earrings, will they work for sam / war? Also have 2 balance rings equipped, what else can i equip to improve my hit ratio? | ||||

| ok i'm a bit confused, i thought latent effects only happened at low health, if this is true, then would i only be able to tell if i unequipped the katana at low health an checked? If THAT is true, then if i unequipped it and didnt see a change in hp (weapon's latent effect +20 hp) then i would know | ||||
