After defeating my own NPC at Qu‘Bia Arena at FeiYin, She is now available to 70 lvl, I went back to jueno and speak to Luto Mewrilah (which I believed this is the last quest) she keep saying what can I do for you?. Probably I did something wrong, I was expecting weapon’s upgrade or armor something.
