This is very good to use in dynamis as well. Double dark weather, and if your is on darksday, all the better. Great for the megabosses.

This attack is great for anyone that likes mediocrity.
People enjoy it because it's "safe". It's a magical attack so it has a bit of range, meaning you'll get those "<t> is out of range" messages when the mob decided to take a step too far from your avatar a lot less often. It also can't miss, and will do a steady 450-550 damage.
Problem is it never does more than that. I've had Spinning Dive do 950 to Kirin before, and Wind Blade up in the 650-700 range even from only 20+80 tp. But I've had Wind Blade do 80 and Spinning Dive miss as well.
Ignores shadows, too. Nice for PvP.

this attack is very good for high magic resistance mobs such as gods, it will do about 500 per hit on anything
