I'm sure i know the answer to this question...but is a lvl 60thf of any use in any CoP missions? i am on 2-3 minotaur fight atm, and im just wondering if i should lvl another job..im currently working on my 15RDM, and i have 2 other jobs nearly 40, NIN and RNG. should i take either RDM NIN or RNG to 60 before going too far in to CoP, or are THF relatively useful throughout the promathia storyline? i'm pretty sure I will need to lvl another job ...but maybe i could save some time if thf are useful
I see a lot of references to the Memory Flux NMs, and I was wondering which ones you have to beat to be able to enter the spire... Are there NMs hanging out near the Memory Flux's or is everyone talking about the NMs that are spawned with Fragments of the NMs in the lower promyvions? Just wondering if I should be on my LS's case about killing Dem/Mea NMs before we start our mission statics..
(We already killed Holla NM and I was given the fragment for my Hamayumi :3 I am rather disappointed though that supposedly the Vazhl recollections are not 100% drop rate considering what you have to do to get them >_<)

When you first check the memory flux on each floor, a NM will spawn. Dem special type for the first flux, Mea for the second, Holla at the third. After defeating the NM, you have to check the flux again for a CS. Only after obtaining all three CSs can you enter the spire.

Yeah, I was not happy to find that out. And now I have another remnant, and need to con my LS into going back there again...
An important note that no one's mentioned, and that my LS sadly found out on Saturday:
You cannot zone into the spire, and stay zoned into the spire, until you've killed all three memory flux NMs.
If you attempt to enter without having done that, you will zone in, and then zone out a few seconds later. This means you cannot use this area as a safe point to avoid any aggro that may be tailing you at this point.
The memory fluxes are your main goal besides reaching the spire, without killing the NMs at all 3 of them, you can't get to the boss fight
The Fluxes serve another purpose, they allow you to go back to that point if you need to leave (it took me forever to get last floor)
So lets say you kill the NM at the 1st Flux and need to leave after examining the Flux again, you can come back to the entrance at Pso'Xja and get the option to go either at entrance, or the flux you just examined, so it makes getting to the bottom floor easier.
This area is connected to Pso'Xja in the NW tower, after getting though Sacrarum and doing the Cutscenes you make your way here.
Examining the door will spawn a NM Golem, it has low evasion, but has a 100 HP Regen trait, I trioed it with a 69 DRG, 53ish NIN, and 69 PLD (me)
After the golem is dead, go through the door, make sure everyone has sneak before riding elevator since Million eyes are by it and will aggro you.
After getting to the bottom, examine the door and see the coolest looking CS ever.
Promyvion Vahzl is different from the regular, after you go into 2 memory portals, you need to examine 3 Memory Fluxes and fight a NM at each, there is 1 Flux on each floor after the 1st 2 protals
Locations (in order) === J-8 M-6 C/D-6
After getting the last Flux, go to the spire located at F-6, you need to fight the 3 bosses from the 1st 3 Promyvions again
Bit of info, this mission is -suuposedly- part of or past Chapter 6, as before the OCtober PAtch, that was as far as you could go in the Promathia storyline.
No, the Promyvion-Vahzl mission has been in the game since CoP was released. I think it's mission 4-1 or something, but don't quote me on that. I do know that it's a level 50 cap, though, putting it after Diabolos (who's the final fight of chapter 3, I believe) and before chapter 5-5 (a level 60 BC versus some moblins).
Promyvion-Vahzl is CoP mission 5-2. For the most part chapter 5 is capped at 50. There are 4 BC fights: the Promyvion BC, capped at 50, a 50 cap BC in Boneyard Gully, a 60 cap BC in Bearclaw Pinnacle, and the 60 cap moblin fight. The latter 3 are all part of mission 5-3, which is the final mission for chapter 5.
No It is NOT needed to reach Lufaise Meadows. I got there with only Dem, Mea, and Holla.
I also heard some Japanese players shouting about this and I saw Level 40 cap. I believe this is part of Chapter 2 or 3, definatly past Phomin Aquaducts<sp?> because I just that mission and havent heard anything about Promyvion Vahzl yet, just a ton about Tavnazia's past and such.
If it is like the other Promyvion areas the Cap is LVL 30. Yes you have to go thru all the Promyvion and defeat the boss there in order to get to the new areas in the west.
uhh NO Vahzl is not needed to get to lufaise meadows & tavnazian safehold. I have those areas unlocked & have not yet done promy vahz. It comes later in I think Promy mission 5-2 or so. Not sure on the exact point.
