Obtained today, May 17th, 06. Its exciting to get this godly equipment :D. I haven't tested it out much yet but I'm looking forward to it :)
Yumikogirl on Odin just crafted one for me.
It was Lightday, with Full Moon. She used Synth support and an Earth staff.
I got the Shining Cloth through our sky linkshell, "Envy".
When Yumikogirl got the HQ animation I couldn't believe it. Then the synth message said, "Aristocrat's coat"... @_@ OMG!

I got an Aristocrat's Coat about a month ago from a friend, i liked it very much ^-^, but Something happened one day though when i was skilling up with another japanese whm who uses a noble's tunic... we cure the same amount -.-; she even got less mnd than i have. she is only 2 levels above me(i am 73 she is 75). It makes me wonder if there is a 2nd cap for cures... right now my cure III recovers 240 hp with light staff Cure IV is about 480 and Cure V is about 810-820 (chance for another 10% if it is lightday). i think for its rareness might still worth some money if anyone is going to sell it.
BTW there are 5 sales for Aristocrat's Coat so far(1st/10/05) frist 4 are sold to seller himself/herself and last one sold to someone else for 25 mil XD (about 3 weeks ago). Noble's tunic is selling at 11-11.5 mil on fairy. shinning cloth is about 9 mil each. So i am really happy to have one for myself ^-^ going to keep it forever <3

this sux because on my server, remora, the Noble's Tunic cost 12,000,000 and this 1 doesnt even have a price 'cause no1 can buy it lol
can anyone confirm the refresh rate is higher with the +1 version?
it isnt, still 1 mp per tick

NAHNM shell got it in november last year lol Crafter was offering 3 mil and a nobles for it, but they turned her down, but i think shes a member of the shell now <.<, the coat passes from a few whms

next u get advanced synth suport an u teli yourself to a place where there is dubble "EARTH" wether.
now u just pray to god u get this....
rate up if it helped at all ^_^

Brave- WHM 75/SMN 75 and other high level jobs,
elvaan whm with 100 clothcraft and all clothcraft + items on asura he has sold mahtamas set including cape and charges 1mil for the normal tunic and 8mil for the +1 (you need to give him the items)

So then basically every click you will get about...50 mp is blackmage and like 40 if whm or somthing.
Why is it that most other classes get equipment that allows other mages status enhancing effects EXCEPT Redmage? For instance...as far as I know....I as a RDM cannot obtain a piece of equipment that gives me any status I cannot cast my self, yet there are MANY pieces of equipment that allows the wearer our most exclusive status effect: "REFRESH".

Little heads up but Rdm's can wear vermillion cloak which give's the refresh effect. So that helps them out but as for not getting anything that you can cast yourself look at it this way. If they are wearing equiptment that makes them get refresh that is more mp they have to keep party alive (whm) or kill enemy faster (blm). So even if you don't get items like this they do help you out. And at least you don't have to pay the 5+ mil to buy it.

vemillion cloak only gives 1 mp per tick instead of 3 mp for normal refresh. its really not worth millions of gil in my opintion ( thats why i have smn subbed =D )
an alternative to that is the Dalmatica, that also will give you Converts 50 HP to MP and some other stuff...but it costs like 5.4million on Ramuh to make and only 2 NAs on that server have them....><

Noble Tunic is 12,000,000 Gils in Ramuh server...not to mention this is the HQ version of it

Too bad it has no -Enmity(sp?) but it still rocks.
That while this is really, really cool... we will never see one.
Not only does the non-+1 version (Noble's Tunic I believe?) NEVER show up on the auction house, but this is a HQ of that very synth. Only the absolute luckiest white mage would get one of these. You might just have to craft it yourself!
