i just had a gsmith try and synth this... he was level 12, and was able to.

Mysterytour has it listed at about Lv 40. Other sites have it in the 24-ish range. Here, it's 20.(I doubt it's 20...)

if it's a level 20 synth, are you sure it upgrades with a mythril ingot not silver?

You need to have signet for the "in areas... control" stuff to work.

On tier 1 spells, INT will affect it more, because MAB works on percentage.

I bought my Circlet in Jeuno on Seraph for about 50k G , i believe. I don't remember spending too much one it. I like it for the Def.
Howcome everyone pay so much for this one...
On carbuncle this one goes for 6k in Jeuno... the republican version though is 100k...

my server...the republic circlet sells for 150-200k in jeuno. Only way to get the legionaire's circlet is 4000 conquest points, rank 3 WHEN BASTOK IS IN FIRST PLACE ONLY! lol too many people know this recipe now...and everyone sees the price tag on the hq....so good luck finding a legionaire's circlet at the AH!

one more thing...if u really want to get some of the legionaire's circlets....do what i do. I shout in bastok that i pay 12k for anyone who has enough points to get one, also i got my 2 LS i am part of looking out for me, and i also know a bunch of other people that i chat with that watch the AH for me...the reason they keep a close eye for me? lol i tell them 12k to buy off them...then i craft it in front of them...and if they give the one that goes hq...they get another 75k from me ON THE SPOT! lol who wouldn't give me one!
Nowadays, on my server, the HQ is worth 600k. When Bastok takes first, i'm wasting every last CP I have on these things.

Yeah, I'm still trying to track down a Legionnaire's Circlet so I can synth one of these myself, or get a friend to do it.

The recipie is wrong brass ingot does not work. The correct recipie is mythril ingot not sure what the level cap is but it is definately higher than 20.
I had recently gotten one of these to use as a red mage when I hit 34, and on Bismark, these things are extremely rare because Bastok is almost consistantly in last.
OK ^^ Is this for sure a Level 20 Goldsmith Recipe? It seems like this would be a pretty exspensive item, am I right? Anyway I could be making these for tons of Gil if they are exspensive. I have a load of CPs and can grab the Legionnaire's Circlet easily.

i believe hq is republic circlet... +5 instead of +3... awesome headpiece for blm when u control the area... dont see why these arent more popular than they are.
