Are we sure this is a lv79 synth? I got skillups on it like crazy at 76 but nothing since I hit 77 after about 10-15 attempts

This item can be sold to NPC for around 4.5k which depending on the prices of ebony lumber on your server means only a 1k loss per synth. Not too bad if you havent got fishing skilled and the gil for a Lu Shang.
