If you have the promies done and get the karin obi then you can have the laten effect all the time.
even on non fire day thast a good +5 evasion wen u go as MNK/NIN to tank HNM like Serket. and they are great for firedays wen they can outperform Spartans. Id say these are definately a must have for any respectable mnk that tanks with /NIN
Any idea on how to get these? This seems like a good luxery item an end game MNK could use for the 14% of the week when its firesday, just switch em in.
I don't understand latent effects and these such-and-such a day stuff. Is it 17+22 dmg, so on Firesday it's 39dmg? Or is it 22dmg on Firesday. Cuz if it was 39, I'd get these, and just switch to them on Firesday.

its just 22dmg on Firesday not 39
