I picked this axe up at the hydra south Sandy AH for 27,000 gil. I have probably killed twenty or so tigers in Junger Forest and so far the PARALYSIS has only activated 5 or 6 times. Does anyone know what the trigger is for the PARALYSIS effect? Or is it just plain random? Thanks for all your responses and I look forward to reading them.

1/1 on this...got really lucky and with the addition of COP I was able to level bst at 28-30 in Carpenter's Landing... and what mobs do we have in Carpenter's Landing...yep you guessed it..Tigers. :) Its nice to give them a tast of there own medicine...stupid Roar...
i also got a scroll of absorb-agl btw!

well, these usest to go for 40k on the ah (kujata) and now they are 18-20k, seems their easyer to get now
is this a rare drop off of tigerbane cus I always get the warriors axe
