Wouldn't it makes sense to just use a set of drone earrings rather then this? You could either have 2 drone earrings for less gil and get 6 AGI = 3 racc or 1 drone and a vision also = to 3 racc. However, if you use the Drone earrings instead you also get the benefit of the addeded agi boost for weapon skills etc.. The only thing you miss out on is the resist blind effect which is really rather null anyway.
Just a thought....if I'm missing something obvious please inform me.

Not if:
1) You're using a superior second earring that isn't a Drone - Hollow and Fenrir's (at night) come to mind, AND
2) Using a Drone in the second ear slot would bring you to an odd number total AGI. In that case you'd only be getting 1 R. Acc from the Drone since the 2AGI=1RAcc calculation is based on total AGI, and doesn't round up (i.e. any .5 remainder from dividing your total AGI/2 gives you precisely zero additional R.Acc)
I usually use Hollow + Vision for my ranged attacking, which always gives me 2 R.Acc from my second ear slot no matter what AGI gear I have on. I do keep a Drone on me anyway for WS though, and Quick Draw on COR (Drone + Moldavite).

This earring is a nice peace of equipment. I use it for my RNG, my SAM/RNG, and NiN for skilling up throwing. the Enhance Resist Blined only adds to the Benifit of this Earring. Over all a veary usefull earring set at 50 allows it to be used in some missions and BCNM alike.
