You should all know this by now: What you can buy from the vendor in each city, and also what you can trade with your CQ (Conquest) points, ie. the choice availability, it's all depends on your Nation's ranking; if Sandy ranks #1 on chart, the selection is going to be better than when sandy ranks #3. Hope this info helps you guys better

I checked ashene and he didnt sell this weapon... Maybe it changed?
