This necklace is supposedly 60 or 61 Bonecraft. I'm only at 78 (80 with Apron and Specs) but since the materials were almost the same price as what the NQ version is selling for, I tried synthing one. Amazingly enough, I got lucky and I got the HQ. Was I extremely lucky or is the cap for this item lower than what people are saying?
I personally think this neck piece is quite awesome for after enfeebling and while resting. If you compare this to Grandiose Chain, this wins hands down in my opinion, for mages at least. It's also cool because it has the same graphics as Peacock Charm, too. =p
