Heh. I doubt you're very "Legendary" or "Dark Knight" if you can't figure out where to get a level 10 scythe. :-P
Go to the auction house and pick one up, or one of the weapon merchants may or may not have one, depending on your country's control (country control effects prices/availability of weapons/armor).

When I was Lv. 7 WAR I bought mine in the Auction House... I'm only Lv. 9 now and still can't use it but it was such a good deal and the only one there I had to have it.
Personally I'm looking to use a Great Sword now, but I can't find any Claymores: Burning or Flame.
I'd gladly swap weapons or trade if I could...
