Calveley's Dagger  

Here we go again... another low dmg, overpriced dagger that has +3 dex, which so many people will just drool over, and fool themselves into believing that it's SOOOO great. Actually, if you get it CHEAPLY, it's not BAD for it's CURRENT LEVEL, but definitely FAR from great. As an elvaan, I have the lowest dex of all races, and after many MANY tests, I noticed no difference in SATA dmg at all from +3 dex. For daggers that give +atk (bone +1, garuda, and corsairs), however, I DID notice a difference, albeit not huge. But... the +5 acc also on bone is QUITE nice, once you reach the level you can use it. Anyway, I HATE daggers like this, because it fools so many thieves into thinking that ONE STAT matters, and THATS IT! And they completely ignore other VERY important stats for their job, like atk, acc, and agl... More players need to find BALANCE with their gear, and weigh what the BEST bonus for your job is in one slot, not just focus on ONE stat, and forget about every other possibility...

But still, insanely high price, but its a nice dagger for SATA :D

They're selling this for about 10k on my server, but there is none in stock. I'm currently trying to refresh the Dagger page over and over until I see a (1) next to its name then I am GRABBING IT! x3

History was 37 got mine for 40k. Get them while they're hot! These will be 60k shortly

i have +26-23 depending on what i use
at 36 ill have +28
but to the point
xit is only 15-20k on leviathan

Wow, I feel bad for you people on other servers. I'm on Quetzalcoatl, and I just bought one from the Jeuno AH for 13k. Additionally, the price history ranged from 10,500 to 15,000. Can't wait to get to 42 so I can equip my Marauder's Knife and this (I got the Quadav Stew needed for the AF knife, so I just have to talk to everyone to get it when I hit 40 ^^).

So how is this obtained outside of buying it? is there a mob that drops it? or does it just magickally fall out of a taru's....anyways, please let me in

Jeez, I don't know if the price dropped, or if it's just my server, but I bought one last night on Titan for 30k. Unfortunately my party disbanded when I was still 1000 exp shy of level 42 so I can't use it yet >.<

I just bought this on the phoenix server for 60k. there were only 4 others sold in jeuno, ranging fro, 60-80k, but the dagger is well worth it for a 42 thf. its a great replacement for mithran scimitars. as a mithra thf i have 56 base dex +20 now thanks to this dagger and my af1.
