I have all the Combat Caster's gear just for kicks with a dagger lvl of over 100 with my Black Mage. Why will it not allow me to use Viper Bite with this? It said I learned Viper Bite but I do nothave it in my Weapon Skill list.
Did I miss something?

Viper Bite Is A Thief Skill, f You Sub Thief, You Should Be Able To Use Viper Bite, Not Sure, But It Might BE Thief Only... Just Wait til sskill 125, ull get cyclone ^^
It works if you sub THF. I farm as a BLM/THF and use a dagger (skill at 102). I've done Sneak Attack + Viper Bite before, but it really doesn't do much. Better off sticking to Gust Slash until Cyclone (unless you just wanna play around and have some fun.)

Made one as a lvl 51 smith with mitts. Needed Fire Crystal, mythril ingot, and combat caster's dagger.

what do you need to make the combat casters dagger +2? is it the same with just a higher synth skill ?
