does the additional effect stack with RDM's en-spells? is it stack with Dia II? does the additional effect occur frequenty?

With my BLM /THF subbed, I love this dagger for farming. It rips through TWTBW mobs. My dagger skill is only at 84 right now as I try to raise it up every chance I get.
