Cursed Harness  

You can only fish the angelskin at the pond at the bottom of Kuftal Tunnel, since the devil mantas in SSG and Teriggan only drop manta skin. Snk and invis to get there, but at 75, you can fish without aggro (other than other players). Angelskin is not exactly a 100% drop... am currently 0/11 on the drop. Recommended gear: composite/fly lure; no fishing + gear needed. Fish level: 0 is fine. Catches: pugil/crab, low 60s; manta, mid to high 60s (guessing from experience); rusty cap/subligar/etc.

Another note: unless you are willing to pay a good amount upfront for a high bone synth to make the cursed gear, you generally can expect the NQ synth to be free or a nominal amount, and you take the risk of a break, BUT if the crafter makes a HQ harness, all you get is reimbursement for the AH cost of the materials (if you are lucky and negotiate that in advance) and the crafter retains the HQ item.

The cursed items themselves are player crafted by players of extremely high skill in their respective crafts.

After you have the cursed item, you need the abjuration (The prayer) scroll that drops from various gods, some earth, some sky, depending on which one you want.

Take the abjuration and the cursed item to the Chapel in North San d'Oria to an elvaan on the left side iside a room, and trade them to him. He'll uncurse the item and give you back a rare/ex piece of gear.

These are the stats. ^^ Cursed armor doesn't have any "statistics." The curse prevents you from actually wearing it.

To uncurse them, you need to find the matching Abjuration and slot (In this instance, the Neptunal Abjuration: Body). Take it to an NPC in the San D'orian cathedral with the cursed equipment, and you get the item.
