SeraphSeka, it's for relic weapon.

Why would this be considered good? I know the damage seems nice but so is the damage from a lot of daggers available at that level. The delay of 200 makes me cringe though. I have fooled around with using low and high delay daggers and I can tell ya, a difference of 10 or 15 is very noticeable, almost making a dual wield with even 1 dagger over 200 agonizing slow.
I farmed for months with 2 trailer kukris with a low delay and when I finally swapped one out for a hoplites with damage of 27 instead of the 19 from the trailer's, you would think it would take less time to kill something but in fact, it took longer. I thought maybe my mind was playing tricks on me so I tested it over and over and have come to the conclusion that I can't stand having such slow weapons that appear to do more damage but in the long run do less due to the slower speed and less hits over time. Then there's TP building too, less hits = less TP and maybe that's where a lot of damage came from , the weapons skills I was using while farming really helped, the more, the faster the kill.
What maybe this dagger has to offer is a decent damage factor combined with Dark+9. I have been to a few Dynamis and am wondering if dark defense plays a huge role. I'm usually so busy doing my job that I don't notice things like elements doing damage to me. Is there a lot of dark based spells and attacks being directed at a thief puller? If so, then I could see this dagger as much-needed.
I didn't really post here to blast this weapon, but more to make a point and an inquiry upon that point. Does the Dark+9 of this weapon make it good or is it more a point of interest?

Well as someone rudely said above, this dagger is infact a Relic Dagger dropped from Dynamis-Windurst. The person has taken the Time and Money to upgrade the weapon to this form in hopes to get the Final Relic Dagger, Mandau.

There is currently a Dynamis dagger held by a player by the name of Geremi on Sylph server, I have submitted a picture of the dagger.
