i had a lot of fun with this nm, as a 62 drg when i farmed it i solo'd it so didnt have th and went 0/3....... 4th thime had a pld/thf help and got the drop

this morning i got on before work to kill some ladybugs and to look for the NM and i looked up the pos it poped and some said it poped down but the wooden fence so i was down near there killing lady bugs when i ran up by the fence to check and make sure it wasnt up there just in case and both the bombs that was there was turned around so i ran through and one aggroed me (64thf at the time) so i killed it and it kept bioing me during battle and when i got done i had like 695 so i ran back down to the fence and there was the NM im holy crap my hp is low so im like o well i sneak attack and pop it takes its hp down a little im like o no i think im dead lol so i start running around to find a pixie to keep me alive and cant find one so i turn around and say ill 2hr if i get to low on hp so i start fighting it dancing edge and it does sudden lunge and takes me down to 105 hp lol im like crap so i run to find a pixie again and run half way across east ron S lol and cant find one >< so i stop again and start to 2hr and all of a sudden i get cure IV it was a pixie passing by lol so i keep fighting it and the pixie stays there long enough to cure IV me one more time before it runs off again now the NM is almost dead so another dancing edge and it hits me with sudden lunge again and i get down to 505 hp again and i dancing edge again and its dead and RING DROPS WOOT! first time killing it and got the drop btw wife killed it the day before and it didnt drop <3 thf she was 75 bst lol

Friend of mine who killed this with my the first time is 6/6
I felt like a bit of an *** when i got my most recent drop. [RDM/NIN] After going out there several times and getting no pop, i show up to fina a BLU fighting it in the distance. I check them both and i notice the NM is winning. BLU will die if fight continues like this. So I go invisible and get close, waiting for him to die. Afer about 2-3 minutes BLU is around 30% so he does Head Butt and starts running around, stopping and repeating. I'm thinking this is some kind of a weird way of kiting to not die. Then i see him running around a Pixie, which after a few seconds, Cure III's him. He goes back to normal fighting and I get pissed.
NM cuts him down again and he goes back to circling Pixies. So I reveal myself by casting [Sleep] on the pixie. Didnt work but I got hate and he got no heal. He didnt say anything to me but moved on. So I SS and follow him, grabbing pixie after pixie. He eventually drops and HP's immediately. I grab the NM and finish it with no problem. Got the drop to go 2/2. I felt bad but I got my ring.

Ahhh. A true mercenary. Congrats! I guess you would wait for a mugger on the street to slsh a persons throat before you took the gold filings out of the mouth. It's good to have standards. :)

Nah I'd just slash the mugger while he's distracted and steal from them both.
Drop rate seems decent - I am 4/8 so far.

1/4 on this ring. Nice pair up with my Ulthalam's Ring. ^^ Spawns near wood fence corner on side of path, sometimes a bit SE of path so be careful. Has spawned almost an hour on the dot each time as long as the ladybugs in the area are actively killed. Happy hunting.
the NM ladybug that drops this ring spawns about once an hour and on widescan can be found just above the treants and below the orcs. Happy hunting
This and PCC rather than Chiv chain and acc ring are now a good combo for war/sam 6 hit build.
Might be of use to free up a slot while keeping a 6-hit build (probably won't miss the 1 ACC of the Woodsman/Sniper's that much) which so near as I can tell is it's purpose. The lolCure Amensia is just a nice extra.

Seems like this is a new item with the last update. Over on Seraph there's one up on the AH currently however it's more than I'm willing to try to pay for right now which is only 40k. I'd like to have it for tanking with, I'm about to move to imps plus I could use the ACC+4 to help with my Vorpal Blades.
If anyone has any info on this it'd be great to have that available, I'd probably use this for macroing in gear after the charges wore as well.

Why wouldn't you rather have this then a snipers? Especially since its cheaper then a snipers on my server.

Currently there have been no sales of the ring on Seraph among the three that were up last I checked. Snipers is quite a bit more than I can honestly afford right now and I figured this was a NM drop which turns out to be the case. I've been rather lazy on farming and still need a handful of enhancing magic spells for PLD.
Also, I'm laying off trying to camp Skogs Fru and attempting to get this for the moment due to my LS helping me get my hands on a Jelly Ring to replace the other Vigor Ring I had been using. Meh, guess I'll find some other means of dealing with tanking duties once I get to imps though. Been lazy on leveling as well it seems. <.<
