As far as I can tell an NQ desynth yields 2 cermet chunks, with a HQ yielding 3 and another HQ possibly yielding a piece of couerl leather.

hmm, can you skill up on desynthing?
Yes you can, but it is far harder to skill up on desynth then regular synths... Back in the day I got 10 lvls desynthing gobby masks when they were widely available... However, I have not been able to reproduce that success rate on any other craft since:(.

gobie masks were fun, it was like playing the lottery. Honestly I think I have worse luck with them now than I did when i was skilling up on them.

Yeah thats a great deal.Usually runs along the 26k-72k mark.
i am only lv.25 but i own one of these i got it for 12k is that a good deal?
