I doubt its a key item if its dropped.
It isnt a key item. It is dropped but it is EX rare! which means only tradeable to NPCs and not able to be traded to other players or sold in bazaar or AH. (note the item has a little green dot!)
if someone can tell me how to get a picture of items i will get a pic of this as long as it isnt a key item thanks
