besides windy pride... is there any reason for us to equip this against other equipment? seems rather poor :(

Well I don't know about all you guys, but noone seems to be selling the scarf in the Auction Houses on the Garuda server.

This can be obtained via Conquest points in Windurst. It requires Rank 4 and 8000 (16000 for non-Windurst) to purchase. I see it while we are in 1st place so I'm not sure if it will be there when San D'Oria or Bastok take the lead.
