I got a Peacock Amulet, working on my Breeze Gorget and I might get this from my LS.
I'm leaning over on Hope for TP and Breeze Gorget for Jins. It seems the skill raises ACC and ATT, so that's a very valuable piece eventhough it's a bit less ACC then the PcA.
Breeze Gorget supposedly adds 0.1 to the PDIF in WS calculations, which will greatly help accuracy. I'm going to have to test the pieces against each other, and I'll try post about it.

Torques are NOT a 100% drop. After killing Jailers for a few months now, they seem to be about 15-20% with a THF around.
Killed Hope three times last week. got nothing but the (100% drop) staff three times. Very frustrating, the low Sea drop rates.
From what I have read.. This is dropped (not 100%) from the Jailer of Hope. The Jailer of Hope is considered to be a Tier 2 Sea god.
The Jailer of Hope is a forced pop with an HQ Phuabo Organ, Deed of Placidity, and a 1st Virtue traded to the ??? in Al'Taieu at positions D9.
The Jailer of Hope also drops the Hope Staff (100%) and the 5th Virtue (not 100%).

Presumably this drops from Jailer of Hope. The Love Torque drops from JoL, so it makes sense.

Hmm... I wonder if this can be used in conjunction with the Justice Torque. Equipment swap macro this in prior to a ranged attack and swap the Justice Torque back in afterwards. Just an idea; don't know enough about Samurai to prove this effective.
