The Hydra Gear can either be crafted or obtained through Dynamis, and the lvl to be equiped is around lvl 70 i believe. The catch is that if you equip all of the Hydra gear at the same time your NPC will gain a Bonus.
Uhh.. Sorry. Totally wrong. This DRG/SAM hydra set is crafted from materials dropped by the HNM "Hydra." There are 4 other Hydra sets which drop in Dynamis - Tavnazia:
-A melee mage set (BLM/BRD/RDM/SMN/WHM)
-A DD enchantment set (BRD/BLU/BST/COR/DRK/DRG/MNK/NIN/PLD/RDM/RNG/SAM/THF/WAR)
-A tank/dd set (DRK/PLD/WAR)
-A set that boosts your NPC stats. (All jobs)
Only set that affects NPC stats is the last one.

I take it this is a new item , But does anybody know what level because i could really use this for my samurai.
