It costs 55 for the Flour and 25 total for the Rock Salt and the Distilled Water. So that's 80 total. Multiply by 12 and that's 900 per stack plus 1500 per stack of Fire Crystals makes the cost of making these 2400. So that means it costs 200 each to make.

I had a mind to sell these in my Bazaar since I could buy all the items in San d'Oria and then fill up and sit outside of Windy's Guild but what happened?

I get back after making tons of the stuff and the Cooking Guild is selling Iron Bread for 175. That's less than the cost of making it. I could have just bought the stupid bread!

Now I'm sitting there trying to sell like 10 stacks of Iron Bread for 300 hoping nobody notices what the Guild price is.

Lesson learned. No more trying to sell Guild Stuff in my Bazaar.

Guild points cap at 2000 per day for this. So you need 80 iron breads to cap it. Thats about 6 and a half stacks of ingridients.

These are worth 25 guild points each.
