WOW this item to me is simply amazing because i can now use my sam/thf hyper evasion style. Just use this item with every piece of evasion gear possible and 2 bat earrings. Between thirdeye and constant spam normal stuff wont hit you. In PvP this would be incredibly useful as well as sidewinders will basically never hit you and you'll be dodging most stuff.
This NPC's for less than 6k when I tried. Not a desired item even before the 2-hand update.
