The Federation, Republic, and Kingdom signet staves cannot be recharged, you must buy a new one.
The signet staves are found under Common Items, though you must be Rank 10 to purchase.
Signet granted by a staff is the same as Signet granted by your nation's representative.
You can use the staff to grant Signet to members of your party, as long as they are of the same Nation as the staff.
The staves cannot be sold on auction house, but they can be sold through bazaar or traded between players.
You do not have to be Rank 10 to have the Signet staff work for you.

Ok, instead of 34569634897654 people posting what they "THINK" you have to do to get this or how it works and how they got it from a friend of a friend that bought it in a monkeys uncles bazaar, how about a Rank 10 actualy post some useful information?

I heard the staff can be recharged by a light crystal when the 25times is used up, is that true? Anyone can confirm this?

Its not a rank 10 item though, you have to be rank 10 to see it. it shows up under the Common Items list.

i'm hearing that in order to get this, there has to be 3 factors
1. you have 5000 CP (easy)

Your nation has to be in first for some items, but the Signet Staves are not one of them. I just got Rank 10 tonight and got my first Signet Staff! ^^ (Sandy was in second overall)
For some items like the Akertons, your nation DOES have to be in first, hense why they usually go for a few 100k.
And note for other posts here... No, there is no way to recharge this staff, once it runs out you would have to get another one! But figure for 25 Signets (not including Signets gained at gate guards), 5k CP's isn't very expensive, plus if you have your nation's Conquest Moghancement, let the CP's roll in! ^^

Umm... just a note, I made myself incredibly pissed today.. You can use these on other's of the nation of the staff... even if they don't HAVE the staff, the enchantment lets you select other people, it won't waste a charge if the person isn't of the nation of the particular staff. So I wasted a charge on someone I don't know (for the good of San d'Oria at least :P) and it didn't benefit me (directly).

I sell these staves for 50k in Garuda server, they are like food, once you use the 25 charges it depletes and dissapears from inventory. I am not sure about recharging.

WTF? Where did you come up with that? No charged items in the game dissapear when their charges run out. The signet staff will simply say 0/25 charges and is nothing but a stick ... you can sell it to an NPC for roughly 2500gil. If anyone on Fenrir wants to see an empty staff, send me a tell, I got 2 of them ... ~.^

Ya on diabolos I bought This and a Kingdom Aetkon for like 100k total.... 50k Apiece, this tarutaru was desparte for gil i think, but I haven't used mine, I need Royal Knight sollerets and mufflers and beeches for my "San d'Oria Royal Knight" uniform haha, when i get war to those lvls i'll screencap it and hopefully get it uploaded online... hmmm i'll need headgear and so forth lmao

I have only used this item once so the charges are at 24/25.
Sold to my friend in my Bazaar for 1 gil. Re-traded it back and that doesn't reset the charges (hey worth a try). Anyone know if this item can be "recharged"?

i dont remember the name but he right inside when u zone in from upper jeuno. not sure if this is the same one but he does cast signet and sell conquest items to you.

I have one of these Staffs on my server. As of now you can only cast signet on yourself or others 25 times. Does anyone know if it is recharchable as of yet? If so.. how. Or does anyone know if CoP is coming out with a way to recharge it?
