Got this from Under Observation earlier...really don't see how this thing can be useful for any job. There are much better choices (a good example would be a Druid's Rope, INT+1 MND+1 CHR+1 Spell interruption rate 10%) than this piece of garbage. I suppose a very poor taru blm who can't afford a druid's rope (100k on fairy) or maybe a nuke happy drk could use this...but lol whatever, it sucks.

i think a BRD might use (if they melee) because they want to do less dmg so they dont take hate and want more hp in case they DO take a few hits. maybe?

if this had -10hp +10mp instead it would be reallly good for mages at that lvl. specially rdms. but like this... a taru rdm or taru pld might have use of this...
A Taru RDM might use this.... I wouldn't, but someone might.

Why have a belt take MP away and give INT and MND??
If your a melee player, it's no good cuz your losing STR, same for mages and INT and MND, I just don't get it.

Taru pld already lacks in Str. Why would they want even less of it?

I can't really see who would use this. Both melee's and mages have better choices at 40.
maybe taru pld?? i dunno
